Is this okay? I know there's a little glow/effect above the shoulders but I don't mind it being cropped. If not I'll post another. 

its fine to post small bloom effects like capes, or small things that stick out,

its just that they will probably get cropped if they take too long to cut out.

so the advice to not use the items, is just a heads up to not expect the effects/bloom/particles etc to be included

Im very sorry, but i cant use this one.. the wings are just way too big.

I can try to cut it out, but i rather have you take a new screenshot

Also, there is some transparent text block on your picture. This might not be a problem if it ends up being a spot that will be covered by other people, but otherwise i would have to do alot of work to get rid of it.
