Vorago Last Man Standing - Wednesday, 19th September.
Hello Consentus. Last week I posted a poll asking which events you'd like to see from me.
Most of you voted for higher tier PvMing. So here's Vorago. But before we take him down (later in another event) I'm going pit you against each other for the god damn fun of it. I firmly believe you learn by doing so don't worry if you've never been Vorago before. You clannies who are new to Vorago will learn VERY quick what a blue a red bomb do.
And to you veterans of Vorago, who know the mechanics, who can do it blindfolded I want to see who's some of the best tankers in the clan.
Event Information/Specifications:Meet at face when the event is meant to start. Host will give 5 minutes to bank between kills.
The event itself will probably go longer than 1 hour, depends on how long we survive from one another.
For the first few events we will stay in Phase 1 of the fight! (Reason because getting a reflect on you would be RNG based and rather unfair, phase 1 is all about the melee hits and bombs.)
The event will consist of 3 rounds.
What is last man standing?Last man standing is an event in which you tank until you're the last man standing in the Vorago instance.
You can either try stay out of everyone's way
Or you can Pk!
You can run blue bombs into clannies pking them or try get a red bomb and run into the largest crowd you can see.
You can voke Vorago and run him into players hoping he will melee hit and Pk a clannie.
Anything goes when it comes to surviving!
But Gaz. Where is Vorago?Good question, Vorago is located just north of Falador loadstone. There's a borehole you can see from the loadstone, go in it. There's no instance just enter the cave, jump the three rocks then you'll be at the face.
But Gaz. What are the rewards for surviving 'til the end?As I said there will be 3 rounds.
Each round the last man standing will not only have braging rights but also 5m per round won.
If this is super popular and people enjoy it. I'll make a leaderboard and do this event once a month. So in the future, if you win one of the 2 rounds, you'll see yourself on there.
But Gaz, I don't want to join an event KNOWING I'm going to die.It'll be in practice mode, so don't worry. The only money you'll be spending will be on the supplies you bring.
But Gaz, what if I'm 0 KC at Vorago?This is impreative that you MUST speak to the face before this event starts. Otherwise you can't join into the first round. Talk to Vorago, offer him a fight. Keep talking until you can right click his face and there's an option to 'Start Challenge'. If you have the option then good. If you don't keep going through Vorago's options.
