Howdy,

As part of this years Consentus' anniversary event, Team Nub will be hosting a skill war for all members to participate in.  The skill war begins on Friday, 21st of September at 12:00 AM, and will finish on Monday, 24th of September at 12:00 AM.

There will only be five skills and you can train whichever one you wish.
The team with the highest score will win.  Skilling outfits are allowed as is any method of training said skill with the exception for keying your way to victory.

I first want to talk about the scoring system for this skill war as I plan to do something different this time...
[1] - Per user, per team, any skills.

Just to double check it doesn't matter which particular skills we gain xp in? (assuming it's 1 of the 6 of course), but if I was to gain 2m xp in each of the 6 skills that would count for each of them, ye?

As you said, it doesn't matter which skill you train, as long as it's one of the skills for the competition. If you were to gain 2m exp in six skills, that would give you a total of 12m experience, therefore, you would receive 21 points for your team. Hope this clears up how the scoring system works a bit more XD

Edit:
If you got 12m xp in Hunter, 700k xp in Divination and 6.3m xp in Runecrafting, you would earn a total of 30 points for your team.  +19 for every 1m gained, +6 for every 5m gained and +5 for ever 10m gained.

I'm not sure the xp tracker is working. I've gained at least 50k xp so far and none of it is showing up.  :/

You need to log out for the hs to update, which is how the runeclan trackers work. And then the trackers themselves are dumb and refresh somewhat randomly, can take up to 20-30 mins to go through

They will update, you just have to give it time as that's how Runeclan works.  It can update your profile xp every 60 seconds, but not the trackers :(

But they will update, that's all that matters XD

Howdy!

Thanks to everyone who participated throughout the skill war this weekend, it looks like we have a ton of gains! I don't have the time to post the scores right now as I'll be off out soon, but the scores will be posted later this afternoon, so stay tuned to see which team won \:D/
