xp milestones in mills- 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 300? etc etc. - to go with the level milestones, like 1k, 2k  etc etc
birthday milestone - for celebrating bday with consentus?
quest cape award (as questing in itself is a pain in ass:P) - maybe a certain qp max obtainable for skillers limited by cb reqs.

I really like the xp milestone idea.  Give rewards at 5m xp, 10m xp, 20m xp etc etc.

I also like the quest cape reward.  Perhaps have rewards after every 100 quest points? i.e. 100, 200, 300, 383
