The mark on the map is where you can find Murcaily, to whom you must speak in order to begin cleaning up!
Before I get started, I would like to say that this is not a minigame for skillers, but skillers CAN PLAY IT. Combat is a requirement for doing this. For the most part, it has absolutely no reward and it gives little to no experience at all. It does, however, give access to certain items that you may not find otherwise. Of course, a majority of these items can be found on the Grand Exchange, it's nice to know where these things come from some times.
These items include, but are not limited to:
Opal Machete
Jade Machete
Red Topaz Machete
Trading Sticks
Proboscis
Uncut Opal, Topaz, and Jade
Gout Tuber
Snake Hide
Tribal Mask (of three different colors)
Villager Robes
To begin "cleaning up" this village, you must have completed the Jungle Potion Quest (and optional Zogre Flesh Eaters*). You must also have a minimum of 10 Woodcutting, though as always the higher you are, the better off you'll be. If you have these requirements then you are ready to get started! All you need to do to unlock this minigame is speak with Murcaily and ask him about what you can do to help.
Zogre Flesh Eaters Quest is optional as Relicym's Balm potions are not required to play Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup, however are very useful should you encounter a Broodoo Victim weak to them.
It would be highly advisable that you bring:
Good Armour (D'hide or a good magic defence would be useful, though not necessary)
Any Weapon
(Super) Antipoison*
Food* (the more it heals, the better)
Machete
Hatchet
Pickaxe
Spade
Chisel
(Dwarven Army Axe would save inventory space)
Be sure to keep some empty slots in your inventory!
ALL OFF THESE ITEMS CAN BE PURCHASED AT THE SHOP ON LOCATION, BUT IF YOU WANT BETTER THAN BRONZE YOU SHOULD BRING YOUR OWN

Making Relicym's Balm potions requires that you complete both Jungle Potion and Zogre Flesh Eaters Quests. You will need a vial of water, rogue's purse, and snake weed to make it; the herbs can be found within the same region as this minigame.
To get grimy snake weed, simply go to the location shown on this map:
Once you arrive at the location, you will see marshy vines, just search them to obtain the herb, like you did to complete the Jungle Potion quest!
To get grimy Rogue's Purse, simply go to the location on this map:
Once you arrive at the location, you will see a cavern that you can enter, WARNING JOGRES ARE INSIDE, Rogue's Purse lines the walls (they are marked by red lines on the minimap).
After gathering both ingredients, you can add them to a vial of water to create Relicym's Balm potions which can be used to efficiently kill (Orange) Broodoo Victims! Congratulations!
***Caution: While the food and antipoison may very well be used for your own safety, it does do the most effective damage to "Broodoo Victims" (the monster that drops Tribal Masks); WHITE is weak to FOOD; GREEN is weak to ANTIPOISON; ORANGE is weak to RELICYM'S BALM; While the Broodoo Victims can be killed without any of those items, it takes a great deal of time as your max hit is severely reduced regardless of what armour you are wearing. Broodoo Victims are also able to weaken you several times in a row, so unless you protect against magic, watch your stats!***
Essentially, the goal of the minigame is in its name. You are trying to cleanup the village, and there are a variety of ways to do so! Perhaps the fastest, yet most boring and cheater-ish, way to obtain Favour around the village is to simply kill Jungle Spiders. These are found East of the General Store; they produce around 2% Favour per kill. If you want to actually clean up the village, then proceed to the area near my map marker and notice the Light, Medium, and Dense Jungle surrounding the area.
Light Jungle only requires 10 Woodcutting; 32 xp.
Medium Jungle requires 20 Woodcutting; 55 xp.
Dense Jungle requires 35 Woodcutting; 80 xp.
***Note: A machete must be equipped in order to 'hack' away at jungle of any type.***
After you have collected some pieces of jungle, you must be wondering what you should do with them. Well, it's fairly simple really. See that fence that's surrounding the entire area? It has rotted away due to inactivity, and the villagers would appreciate it if you could fix it for them. Just press repair on the rotten fence, and your character should being to rebuild it. Once you have fully rebuilt a rotted fence section, a 'Reinforce' option will appear, making the fence last longer than simply rebuilding it. (BE WARNED: After a certain time period of not being repaired, the fence will once again return to its previous state--rotten.)
***It does NOT matter which pieces of jungle you use. Light, medium, and dense all work for the same purposes.***
You may or may not have noticed after all of this time, that a favour counter will appear in the top left hand corner of the screen. It will appear as a percentage between 0% and 100%. Obviously, the goal is to get 100% Favour. Once you hit 100% you can still cleanup, however will not gain any more favour.
But what on earth do I do with 100% Favour?!!?
Calm down, it's easy! Just go around talking to all of the Villagers around the town, be sure to check the houses up and down ladders. Most of them will give you 'Trading Sticks' for your efforts around the village, which you can use at their shop! Once you collect Trading Sticks, a certain percentage of your favour will be taken away--then you are free to continue repairing the fence, and cleaning up the village!
But, what are trading sticks for? I don't want all my work to be done for nothing!
Trading sticks are used to buy items from the shop, as well as create gem-bladed machetes, of course!
This sounds way too easy, what's the catch?
Well, as a matter of fact while you carry on hacking away at jungle, you get 'random events' too! These are mostly all combat-related, and range from wild tribesmen attacking you, to bush snakes trying to scare you away, to jungle spiders wanting to make you a tasty mid-day snack! There are also skill-related events which include stumbling upon Gem Rocks (which last 3 gems), or finding the coveted Gout Tuber!
***RANDOM EVENTS ARE USUALLY HARMLESS TO MOST COMBAT PLAYERS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF BROODOO VICTIMS***

Well, I hope you found this guide at all useful in explaining some aspects of Tai Bwo Wannai cleanup, many people have not even heard of it, or are alltogether confused when they visit the location. There will be more images to come, hopefully of these random events, but the basics are down here. Remember, you can never have too many supplies

A Tip Just For You!
When you kill Jungle Spiders, a carcass drops. You may think that this is useless, and in reality it is very useful! Just use your machete on a piece of jungle thatch and skewer it! At the bottom of the village (south side of the fence) there is a permanent fire that you can use to cook your spider on, voila! Free Food!
