How to change your loading screen - Windows 7

Step A - Find an appropriate GIF

• The GIF dimension must be 296x176 to avoid any sort of clipping.

Step B - Save the GIF

• Once you have found the appropriate GIF that you want to use, download it and save (or rename after download) as "splash6"

Step C - Locate the Jagex Launcher folder

• Open the start menu and in the search bar, paste in the following: "C:\ProgramData\Jagex\launcher" then open the 'launcher' folder.

Step D - Remove and replace the current splash6 GIF

• Remove the current splash6 GIF that was there, then copy and paste or click and drag the newly downloaded splash6 GIF into the launcher folder.
