How to change your loading screen - Windows 7

Step A - Find an appropriate GIF

Step B - Save the GIF

Once you have found the appropriate GIF that you want to use, download it and save (or rename after download) as "splash6"

Step C - Locate the Jagex Launcher folder

Open the start menu and in the search bar, paste in the following: "C:\ProgramData\Jagex\launcher" then open the 'launcher' folder.

Step D - Remove and replace the current splash6 GIF

Remove the current splash6 GIF that was there, then copy and paste or click and drag the newly downloaded splash6 GIF into the launcher folder.
