This method is based on the current prices. The prices  rise and drop daily. This method may make more money one day and the next day make less. All prices are subject to change .
1-15: Copper
15-30: Iron Ore
30-40: Coal
40-55: Gold - Crafting Guild -Dungeoneering Bank with ring of kinship, Get To Crafting Guild with Clan Camp Teleport.
55-70: Coal+Mithril+Silver -Dwarven Mine hidden mine -Deposite Box
70-99: Coal+Mithril+Adamant+Runite-Mining Guild Hidden Mine + Mining Guild

Favorite Method

Close by the Dwarven Mine hidden mine all together there are 5 ores iron in the area I am talking about. The Red circle in the picture  shows the location of 2 iron ores. Mine the 2 iron ores till you have a full inventory then bank at Dwarven at Dwarven Mine hidden mine Deposite Box till you have 99 if you choose to . This can be done at any level after 15. I recommend doing  a few different methods  so thing do not seem repetitive.

FAQ: Are the scorpions agressive? After a while they should stop attacking you.Takes 15 minutes of standing in one places.
