1-99 Firemaking Guide

Firemaking Guide
What is 'Firemaking'? The name is self-explanitory really, it's about being able to create different fires. Higher levels = harder fires (logs) to light.

How can we do 'Firemaking'? There are various ways. Line burning (burn a log, move back, burn another, move back, repeat.), Bonfire burning (adding logs to a bonfire [Easy to AFK]), Curly Roots (Tremendous EXP, yet can be boring.), Pyres (Never done these, so won't mention these), Barbaric Lighting (Lighting a log with a bow), and then there is the Dungeoneering Firemaking, but I won't be mentioning this either.

There are different methods to get yourself 1-99. This guide will be having spending limits towards getting 99 firemaking. It will go towards the... Rich players who don't care about spending... The decent bank players, but care about how much to spend... and The poor players, who have little to no cash to spend.

******Barbaric Lighting is the exact same EXP as regular lighting, so I will not be posting a "Barbaric Lighting" method, as it would be a waste. Due to bonfire, players can add the logs to a bonfire, and not have to worry about constantly clicking the Tinderbox to the logs to create a line-fire. Best to just add to bonfire. I've never done Pyre burning, so I won't be adding either. Dungeoneering firemaking would be hard and take to much time to discuss, this will also be excluded.******

A player adding logs to a bonfire.

A player cutting curly roots.

This method would be for the RICH Players. This will give them the best exp in time just to get the 99, but will cost big amounts.
"Logs" 1-15: 61 Logs would need to be burned.
"Oak Logs" 15-30: 183 Logs would need to be burned.
"Willow Logs" 30-45: 535 Logs would need to be burned.
"Maple Logs" 45-60: 1,573 Logs would need to be burned.
"Yew Logs" 60-75: 4,626 Logs would need to be burned.
"Magic Logs" 75-99: 38,921 Logs would need to be burned.
This method costs on estimate: 57,841,415 GP.
*The prices will change over time, the pricing can and will eventually be wrong.

This method would be used by the players with a nice bank, but not as big as the common "rich" player.
This method would provide expensive ways, but not as expensive as the Rich Player method, Costing around 60m.
"Logs" 1-15: 61 Logs would need to be burned.
"Oak Logs" 15-30: 183 Logs would need to be burned.
"Willow Logs" 30-45: 535 Logs would need to be burned.
"Maple Logs" 45-99: 96,096 Logs would need to be burned.
This method costs on estimate: 3,680,681 GP.
*The prices will change over time, the pricing can and will eventually be wrong.

This method is primarily set towards the poor, the people who don't have many or care to spend any towards it.
"Logs" 1-15: 61 Logs would need to be burned.
"Oak Logs" 15-30: 183 Logs would need to be burned.
"Willow Logs" 30-45: 535 Logs would need to be burned.
"Maple Logs" 45-83: 19,346 Logs would need to be burned.
"Curly Roots" 83-99: 27,361 Roots would need to be burned.
This method would cost on estimate: 764,181 GP.
*The prices will change over time, the pricing can and will eventually be wrong.

*Curly roots are only obtainable in the Jadinko Lair. It is non-tradeable, and cannot be bought. The player must Woodcut their own roots and then burn on the fire. There are two roots abled to be obtain, straight roots, and curly roots. Curly roots can be burned towards Firemaking, while Straight Roots are used to fletch the hand-held arrow things. (Not sure what they even are).
*Curly roots currently give the most EXP in firemaking at 378.7 EXP/Root.
*Curly roots need 83 Woodcutting to obtain.
*Curly roots are obtainable on Herblore Habitat (Jadinko Lair).

All logs can be obtainable by player or bought from the Grand Exchange except Curly Roots.

Hope you like my guide!

I created this guide myself, but I created it on March 1st. This means the prices are way off (or maybe not), but it still goes towards that the exp needed, etc. Being new to the clan, the first thing I wanted to do was release the guides I created in the past, sadly, this is the only guide I was able to find in my computer, but I'm looking for my others!
