What are the "teams" if you don't mind me asking?

Like, they're teams of staff, but what is the purpose of putting them into separate teams?

We have a weekly staff rotation where each week one team is responsible for making events, quizzes, introducing new members to the forums, sorting ranks etc

So every week there is a team of different people making the clan a fun place to be Since i'm in lilly's team now, Team Lilly will give you the best weeks to be in Consentus

Owners have responsibilities over their team and it stops owners loafing their role.
It aims to give more accountability for staff and to weed out under-performance.
In essence lazy staff won't be able to hide their laziness easily in a team.
