The citadel staff spot is open for someone to be in its place.
I am going to go fairly inactive in September and only play 1 hour a day until the end of the school year (other than weekends and holidays). I know I will be on sometimes but will not be able to be as active in the citadel than I am at the moment.
Therefore, we need a new person to help me run the citadel and will need to :
- Understand the citadel, knowing how to set targets as upkeep and upgrades.
- Know how to upgrade buildings, plots and the customising builder. To change the priority and look at what it needed to upgrade them and know how long it will take ect.
- Hop to every world that the Consentus members are in at least once a day to see if members, volunteers and staff has capped. Then also to have the confidence to ask people to cap but in a non aggressive way.
- When making sure people have capped, ensure that volunteers and staff have capped of what has been asked of them.
- Remind people regularly in the clan chat (Like my nagging, ha).
- Go into the citadel a lot, checking the visitor count and seeing how targets are doing. Also change the mining and charcoal target enough so we do not go over.
- Say in the cc what is needed in the citadel, persuading them to cap.
- On the forums, keep the staff and volunteers capping table up to date everyday.
- To make sure staff are okay with the staff assigning table.
- Be online every Saturday, around 2:30 BST to send the volunteers their messages and to make sure they are okay with what they are doing.
- To keep something along these lines to help you set targets and knowing what to put people on. (Look at the very bottom of the post)
- Be able to answer ANY questions.
I will not be able to do all of this alone when I am at school, so i need someone that will share these responsibilities with me.
You will not be doing ALL of these alone, if you feel like you can do all/most of what is listed then please PM on the forums and we can talk properly in game whenever we are both online.
Do not apply if you will not be committed to this, this promotion will be a lot of responsibility.
