It always gives me a warm rosy glow when announcing new staff members.
Many people ask how they can gain ranks with us, we always try and promote via the avatar wardens.
There is a very high expectation on staff, they are the face of Consentus and people judge us on our staff, this is why there is pressure to maintain the reputation we have worked hard to create.
Stee and Allie have both agreed to become full members of staff as they have done a fantastic job as wardens they have been the natural choice to move up a rung in the Clan.
Mike, has certainly served his time as staff, he works hard behind the scenes, maintaining the pro and noob and keeping an over view of all the CC ranks. I have 100% confidence that he will do fantastic job of now being Staff Leader being responsible for the smooth running of the CC.
Stephen will be moved over to be a Forum Mod, how can we lose such knowledge of keeping the forums up to date etc.
So welcome all of you into your new roles I hope you enjoy the extra responsibility.
