Requirements

• Competition of Harbinger

Getting Started

• Speak to Quartermaster Gully on the Island that once were turtles
• Go through all of the chat options, be sure to select "nothing" once you're done.
• Head up to the top of the Watch Tower a little North-East from Gully. Here, speak to the Skulls Pirate.
• Go to the second Watch Tower, which is slightly North then speak to Skulls Mercenary
• Head north and climb to the top of the Observatory, then speak to Skulls thief
• Return to Gully

Rewards

• 500 Chimes
• 2 Taijitu
• 1 Medium XP Lamp
• Island that once were turtles teletab in the Waiko reward shop
