Money Making Guide
« on: June 07, 2016, 08:46:41 »
Welcome to a basic money making guide! The options shown aren't going to be be 'too heavy' or a 'challenge' for you to do, such as knowing how to kill Nex or Vorago. These are just plain, simple but effective methods of earning money in-game.

Please do understand that over time prices may change based on TH Promotions, DXP Weekends and any type of new release/events. This doesn't apply to all of the guides listed below, just the few where you need to buy items.

Yak-Hide
Directly North-West of the bank on the Island of Jatizso is an NPC named Vanligga Gastfrihet. Players can trade her and purchase around 1,000 Yak-Hide from her for 50 coins each. You can do this on a daily basis and it should only take around ten minutes.

Requirements:
  • 50,000 coins
  • The Fremennik Isles
  • Must have paid Vanligga Gastfrihet's Taxes post-quest

450K profit

Spiritual Warriors
Killing Spiritual Warriors is a great way to earn a little bit of money if you're either an Ironman or at a low-medium combat level.

If you can locate a portable crafter (try joining the Friends Chat Portable FC), you will be able tan and bank Royal D'hide with ease!
Note: This method is skiller-friendly!

Requirements:
  • Untanned Royal Dragonhide
  • Large starting cash {About 20M}

Profit varies depending on how many hides you can tan an hour

Spiritual Mages
Spiritual Mages can be located in the God Wars Dungeon. These are awesome slayer-based monsters to kill as they tend to drop an average of 2M/hour of alchable items.

1.8M to 2.4M/hour profit

Runite Ore - Trahaearn Hour (Voice of Seren)
During a Trahaearn hour, ore such as Coal, Mithril, Adamant and Runite can become harmonious. This means that you and many others can mine on the same rock for minutes, gathering up a ton of Runite Ore. You can join the friends chat [Harmed Ore] for world locations of Harmonised Ore.

God Wars Dungeon - Bosses
God Wars Dungeon is a great source of money and an even better source of money if you manage to to get yourself some rare drops form the following bosses.

You can view our God Wars Dungeon guides here:

Requirements:
  • Troll Stronghold Quest [Suggested]
  • 60 Strength or Agility (15 Agility is actually required to explore the dungeon)
  • 70 Agility for Zilyana
  • 70 Constitution for K'ril
  • 70 Strength for General Graardor
  • 70 Ranged for Kree'arra

2M-8M/hour profit Profit depends on the amount of rare drops you get from the bosses.

Glacors
Glacors are one of the best monsters to kill for both cash and experience an hour. For information on how to kill Glacors, please check out this guide!

  • Purchased from a Slayer Master [For Slayer Assignments]
  • 80 Magic [Suggested]
  • 80 Defence [Suggested]
  • 67, 87 or 96 Summoning [Suggested]

1.8-2.8M/hour profit This is without any boot drops. Obtaining the T85 boots will significantly improve your GP/Hour

Slayer
Slayer is a really great way to earn money and also really hard to put a price on how much GP/Hour you can make as it varies from the wide range of slayer tasks available.

Slayer tend to become profitable once you reach level 80 and above, although there are some really good tasks below that level such as Desert/Jungle Strykewyrms, muspah and automatons.

Requirements {for the best tasks}:
  • The World Wakes
  • Ritual of the Mahjarrat
  • The Firemakers Curse
  • The Branches of Darkmeyer
  • The chosen Commander
  • The void stares back
  • One of a Kind
  • Plagues End
  • The Light Within

Profit: Hard to determine, depends on slayer level & tasks, but great GP nonetheless.

If you have any Skiller Friendly methods of Money Making, please send me a message and I could include it in a second Money Making guide if in demand, with more 'risk for wealth' sorta thing. I'll also give credit!

Making mud runes instead of nature runes makes a lot of money as well. I also highly recommend SAF for QBD. Nice guide though!
