Megamino's Introduction

Hi everyone, my name's George and I am a South-Londoner addicted to the gym! I am 17 and I enjoy playing Runescape casually. I love going to the gym five days per week following a strict workout and diet regime, it makes me feel amazing!

I have played Runescape since 2005 and still have my very first account! I decided to get back into Runescape the other day by making a skiller and hoped to join a friendly community to motivate me in-game. When I remembered Consentus - I joined instantly!

Nice to see someone addicted to fitness at a young age. What sort of workouts do you do, and do you have any goals you're working towards?

Hi Powell, I separate my workout days per body part, so usually on Monday I would do a chest workout, Tuesday I would do a back workout etc.. I usually lift heavy weights for four to five sets and six to eight reps, usually doing compound movements. My current goal is to put on two lb per week regardless of how much of that is fat.

Are you sure you should be lifting those weights at you age?  Cant you do damage?

I can give you 3 stone of body weight, Im kind like that

Not at all! Anyone can damage themselves if you do not warm up, warm down and stretch. Also, when people talk about stunting of growth, that is only caused by lifting weights above the head with improper form - As you can imagine, it compresses the back! I have been casually using the gym since fifteen and only recently got serious and I am six foot one inches.

As for the three stone.. I think I'll take you up on that.
