QBD AttacksFire WaveThe QBD breathes a wall of fire. First used in phase one. The number of fire walls increases to two in phase two and three in phases three and four. This can easily be tanked if over 3k Life Points however you should eat to 5000~ to be safe.
Tortured soulsThe QBD summons a Tortured soul. The black discs on the floor hit about 1k~ damage so can be tanked/easily eaten through. First used in phase two. The number of souls increases to two in phase three and four in phase four. When in phase four it is advised to eat up as you will have 4 of the discs hitting you.
Later, the QBD siphons the tortured souls to heal herself, you can outhit this and killing the souls is unnecessary.
Extremely hot flamesThis is only used in Phase 4. It deals 3 rounds of damage and it is recommended to run to the side to avoid being hit 3 2000s. The damage is reduced towards the side.
Time StopOnly used in Phase 4. A tortued soul will spawn to the east or west and you will have approximately 15 seconds to kill it before it freezes you and any damage dealt is dealt after it ends. You should kill this soul if you see it, it is easy to one hit it in Dharoks. You usually won't get KOed during it unless the QBD performs Hot Flames or Fire Wall.

PhasesThe QBD has four phases, each with 1/4 of her lifepoints. At the end of each phase you will be unable to attack the QBD until you have activated a Dragonkin artefact located around the arena. While running to the Artefact she will summon Grotworms. You can ignore these and if anything they help with lowering your life points to hit higher on QBD.
StrategyPot up, use Protect Item and Turmoil(or Piety)
Phase 1: Spam abilities and summoning specs; this is probably the longest phase. Don't eat during this phase as you want your hp as low as possible to hit high with the dharoks. Try to get to the artefact as quick as possible.
Phase 2: Same again however if your life points drop to 1500/2000, turn ss on, if you aren't healing quick enough eat. If you are almost at Berserk, wait till you can use till you eat. The QBD will summon some worms.
Phase 3: This Phase the QBD could turn Blue or Green (or stay the same). If she is Blue ignore the damage you take as you will hit constant 4000+. Kills are a lot quicker with it. If it goes Green just continue fighting as normal. Ignore the worms and tortured souls.
Phase 4: Watch out for extremely hot flames and time stop. There are usually alot of Worms but it is best to ignore them and mass damage onto the QBD.
Deploy Dreadnips when you remember, drink prayer pots when you need and spam your familiar as much as possible.
