What i do:
- pick up the phones
- help customers (when they bring and pick up the cars, or for information)
- make the appointments
- manage and plan the appointments and give the mechanics tasks
- check on them and make sure everything goes right, if not then i tell them how they can solve it and i will let the customers know
-some boring paperwork sometimes
- manage car parts , order them and check our stock and check who sold a part to a customer, or check which mechanic took which part and for which car

One of my Grandad's pocket watches - after he passed away he left behind a collection of them, so my dad decided to give one to each grandchild (My sister, 4 brothers and I) and for himself and his two half siblings. I think my dad kept the rest and they're boxed up somewhere because he was my grandad's only child. <3
