It's been a while since I did an event and I kinda miss it honestly, so i'm thinking this time i'm going to try to help out the newbies

Levelling your combat early game can be a real struggle, especially when trying to hit those 60s-70s mark within a reasonable time and not being bored out of your mind.
(Plus it's just straight burning any cash you may have)

So therefore, i'm going to be running a ED3 gold farming event. Higher levels are welcome too but if possible, i'd prefer you to host another team if we get enough lower levels joining.

The exp and gold rates we should be looking at depends on your levels and gear. However, starting out exp (Level 20s) should still be pretty quick. In an session, I've taken players from 20s in magic and ranged to mid 60s and 70s. Plus they made gp doing it, rather than spending it.

The players in my team will be supplied with food, potions and gear appropriate to your level up until level 60. by then you'll have the gp to fund some gear.
If at any point a player somehow dies while i'm protecting them, i'll refund any death costs that player has to pay. (Within reason)

Having gear before you arrive isn't required but will speed up us getting into the dungeon and getting you exp. Try to have a minimum level of 20 in magic and ranged. This will speed up your progress a lot. But again, it's not required.

Here is a short guide on what we'll be doing...

After I've invited you to a group and we've all pressed ready on the group interface, we will be teleported to the dungeon. So you don't need to worry about getting there. (I can bank at the dungeon to give you food, however if you need to bank yourself. The dungeon is located near dungeoneering. So have a Ring of Kinship handy)

We'll enter the dungeon and proceed to just kill everything.
IMPORTANT: There are 2 possible minibosses that spawn, Hanto and Bossy Mcbossface (Information on these bosses can be found at the bottom of the thread). We will be killing ONLY BOSSY MCBOSSFACE since this miniboss can be safely killed.

Once we've reached the first boss, we'll turn around and use the nearby chest to teleport to the entrance, leave. And then go again!

Now for the most important part.
Enemies in the dungeon are aggressive based on proximity. Therefore, if you stay as far away from the enemies as possible during combat, all of the enemies will be permanently attacking me. Meaning in a successful run, you'll never even take damage.

--------------- VERY IMPORTANT -----------------
You will need 35 slayer to be able to equip a witchwood icon which you'll need to prevent heavy damage taken from the Sea Horrors within the dungeon. This isn't essential but if you decide to not get the level to equip the icon beforehand, prepare to take heavy damage and eat a lot of food. (there are some measures that I can take to prevent some damage but I can't stop it all)

The icon can be bought at any slayer master for a small cost.
