Find the Connection!
Find the Connection! A forum game where you have to find the links between several RuneScape items and/or characters.

When:
Find the connection will begin on Monday, June 1st up until Friday, June 5th - All questions will be posted at approximately 20:00 Gametime here on the forums.

Example of how to play:
Day 1 - Find the connection:
  • Saradomin
  • Zamorak
  • Guthix
  • Bandos

Answer:
(click to show/hide)

Three points will be rewarded for each correct answer.

Day 1

Find the Connection #1:
  • Death Plateau
  • Prince Ali Rescue
  • Romeo and Juliet
  • Sheep Shearer

  • Hint #1 - Yes, they are quests, but what's so special about these specific quests?
  • Hint #2 - The in-game quest system may be able to help...or will it?...

Find the Connection #2:
  • Warpriest of Zamorak
  • Warpriest of Saradomin
  • Warpriest of Tuska
  • Warpriest of Armadyl
  • Warpriest of Bandos

  • Hint #1 - Yes, these are all types of armours, but what's so special about them?
  • Hint #2 - How were they originally obtained in-game?  No, not GWD.

  • Missing My Mummy
  • Pieces of Hate
  • The Golem

  • Hint #1 - Yes, they are members quests, but this is not the answer
  • Hint #2 - The drop-down menu in the Quest Log might be able to help with the answer
Find the Connection #4:
  • Balthazar Beauregard's Big Top Bonanza
  • Penguin Hide and Seek
  • Shooting Star
  • Evil Tree
  • Big Chinchompa
  • Demon Flash Mob

  • Hint #1 - They are accessable to all Runescape members
  • Hint #2 - You can do them daily and weekly.

All answers will be posted at the end of the event.

  • Ritual of the Mahjarrat
  • The Slug Menace
  • Wanted!

  • Hint #1 - Yes, they are members quests, but this is not the answer
  • Hint #2 - Starting these quests will most certainly provide you with an answer

Day 4 - Final day

Find the Connection #6:
  • Ring of Solomon
  • Cup of Nectar
  • Helm of Terror
  • Petasos
  • Hint #1 - They were released along with a new skill
  • Hint #2 - They each provide a special effect

Find the Connection #7:
  • Orb of corrupted anima
  • Dormant Seren Godbow
  • Reprisal Ability Codex
  • Orb of pure anima
  • Hint #1 - They are all unique drops

Find the Connection #8:
  • Dark Animica
  • Hidden Safes
  • Primal Extract
  • Elder rune weaponry
  • Hint #1 - They are unlocks for reaching a special milestone

All answers will be posted at the end of the event.

Answer: They are all quests that have been removed from RS3.

Find the Connection #2:
  • Warpriest of Zamorak
  • Warpriest of Saradomin
  • Warpriest of Tuska
  • Warpriest of Armadyl
  • Warpriest of Bandos
Answer: They were all released alongside a World Event.

Find the Connection #3:
  • Kennith's Concerns
  • Missing My Mummy
  • Pieces of Hate
  • The Golem
Answer: They are ranked as intermediate quests, or, as @Laurisaurus pointed out, they are all fifth age quests.

Find the Connection #4:
  • Balthazar Beauregard's Big Top Bonanza
  • Penguin Hide and Seek
  • Shooting Star
  • Evil Tree
  • Big Chinchompa
  • Demon Flash Mob
Answer: They are all Distractions and Diversions.

Find the Connection #5:
  • Quiet Before the Storm
  • Ritual of the Mahjarrat
  • The Slug Menace
  • Wanted!
Answer: These are all quests that can be started by speaking to Sir Tiffy in Falador Park.

Find the Connection #6:
  • Ring of Solomon
  • Cup of Nectar
  • Helm of Terror
  • Petasos
Answer: They are all relics.

Find the Connection #7:
  • Orb of corrupted anima
  • Dormant Seren Godbow
  • Reprisal Ability Codex
  • Orb of pure anima
Answer: These are items all dropped by Telos.

Find the Connection #8:
  • Dark Animica
  • Hidden Safes
  • Primal Extract
  • Elder rune weaponry
Answer: All of these can be unlocked when reaching level 90 in those skills.
