Title: DXPW portables at the citadel 19th-23rd

unfortunately due to so limited numbers at the citadel today this event is being cancelled at the citadel as it isn't viable to host and place portables to only a few people.

world 25 well of goodwill has loads of portables and cores for those that still need to use portables

sorry for any inconvenience and thank to you those that helped host and donate portables
