TIPS
The new Divination mechanism gives a few buffs when adding chronicle fragments, causing the rift to 'overflow', and giving the buffs below. We should have enough fragments to cover a full hour of overflows!

Buffs from overflow:
+1 base energy from deposited Memories
5% more XP from deposited Memories
10% higher critical chance when siphoning from nearby springs
Spawns an Enriched Wisp which boosts your crit rating by 100%.
