During the staff meeting we discussed where the weekly clan meeting should be held, due to us chopping and changing between the Citadel and an FC.

Citadel
- Text chat is universally seen in the citadel.
- It was thrown out that we could have the meeting during the capping event to minimise loss of gains.

FC
- Minimises spam for other members who do not want to come.
- Minutes can be taken easily as all messages are meeting related.

Other - Please can you suggest any other method?

- Discord - This was suggested, but several issues and was ruled out.
              - 1. Severs are bad, mics cut out - We could have a text channel instead.
              - 2. Not everyone has discord or are willing to talk on mic.

I really like the "kill two birds with one stone" capping event suggestion.

id still suggest it being in a fc of some sort as youd get random people talkign during the meeting, just my opinion but you could kee on topic in a fc

Combine both? During capping event in a fc.

there no way to combine both due to citadel being a all talk world

I voted other because there wasn't another option, but I think it should be up to the hosting team to decide.

Also voted Other, cause i like what nick says it makes more sense, the hosting team might find it easier in a fc, or in a citdeal/ meeting..


And Sundays are already busy Pengs/capping/bm etc so it be nice to tie it some of it together is another thought i have

I think this is a good idea, throw out the fc name to all so anyone who is interested can jump in.

Why does it have to be a Sunday anyway if you all think Sundays are busy enough, if you hold it especially in an FC it could be held one evening. On a Sunday during capping or not is always rushed as you have penguins after it, instead of all that hassle just change the day or evening  that is as during week not so many people on during the day and it also needs to be advertised more on the forums and maybe also in clan chat as a few of the members do not know it is evening happening.  Another thing if it's in cit you have to stop what you are doing-especially if you are not capping as not everyone caps on the Sunday event but if it's in an fc you can carry on skilling.  One other thing, I've noticed is that although you say something it is not always put in the notes so probably never acted on (that was from cit twice and an fc once) so in all honestly if you are not going to act on what members suggest or say why you are not, pointless having meetings

Think it might also be a good idea to make 2 different FC’s just incase there are multiple events are going on a the same time!

For instance: 1 FC is hosting a PvM related event and another 1 is hosting a skilling or D&D event.

Meeting while capping seems like a wonderful idea!
