all the money people buy the tickets with gets thrown into a pot... so say people buy a total of 100 tickets, the pot would be 200m. then they usually have 1st 2nd and 3rd.. getting a perctange of the pot. so 1st is like 50% 2nd 30% and 3rd 20% or something similar. so when the names are drawn the first person picked would win 100m... 2nd person drawn would win 60m and 3rd would be 40m(im not exactly sure which percentages theyre going to pick this time, its changed before but i remember it was 50/30/20 once so i used that as an example xD)
