Leaked images from Jeffrey Epstein's autopsy show his bloodied neck as well as nooses made from bed sheets, prescription pills and electrical cords in his prison cell.
The billionaire paedophile's death was officially ruled as suicide by hanging at Manhattan Metropolitan Correctional Center, despite speculation and conspiracy theories he was murdered.
The graphic photos show the deep bloodied cut to the 66-year-old's neck and the severed neck bone, as well as strips of orange sheet fashioned into nooses, with one looped through a bed post inside his cell.
Lets take a look at the 'facts'
- Epstein was found on the floor of his cell with marks around his neck in what was thought to be a possible suicide attempt at the time.
- Epstein was put on suicide watch but removed a week later.
- He was not sharing a cell with another prisoner at the time of his death.
- Epstein's autopsy report found his neck had been broken in several places, including the hyoid bone located near the Adam's apple
- A forensic pathologist hired by Jeffrey Epstein’s brother disputed the official finding in the autopsy of his death, claiming on Wednesday that the evidence suggested that he did not take his own life but may have been strangled.
- Epstein experienced a number of injuries — among them a broken bone in his neck — that “are extremely unusual in suicidal hangings and could occur much more commonly in homicidal strangulation.”
- Dr. Baden, a former New York City medical examiner and a Fox News contributor, added, “I’ve not seen in 50 years where that occurred in a suicidal hanging case.”

Guy has several signs that suggest he was strangled. Labeled as suicide.
I'm no doctor by any means. But it doesn't take one to know how absurdly obvious it is.
