So politics is a heavily debated topic throughout the world and there is always the arguement over which party is the 'best' and whether their policies are fair for all. Certain areas and groups within countries often favour one political party and tensions can rise.

Is politics boring, a waste of time and of no interest to you? Are you bothered about the decisions made by politicians?
Or is politics an important part of society, which enables the voices of the ordinary citizen to be heard? Should we all get involved in politics?

So according to this I'm edging towards a more left-wing political view. That's okay I guess. Read the site for more information and what your compass point means.
As for my views on politics, I follow the subject and have a general interest in what goes on. I'd like to think I'm quite up to date with the policies and the decisions they are making on both a local and national scale and how this will affect me (like the rise in tuition fees). I will be voting in the next general election but I don't take politics too seriously. I wouldn't say politics is a waste of time, I think it is important to understand the decisions being made in your country. It is shocking to see the level of corruption uncovered in the British political system, despite being part of a 'democracy'.
What do you guys think?
