I'd like to hear more about his reasons. It's understandable when victims or relatives take action against offenders when they feel like the authorities have failed them. What's most concerning here is the other 3 murders he speaks about. It makes me inclined to believe he is a very unstable person and is unlikely to ever adjust to society
