I disagree against name and shaming, as this can prove to make getting a job in the future extremely hard for a person if they are found to be innocent. There was a man involved with the leveson inquiry lately, and he was proven to be innocent of being involved in it. He is now struggling to find a job because of it, his reputation is in tatters and he was found to be innocent, there is no justice in that at all. I knew a man who had been in prison, served his time and came out. He found it impossible to find a job, as they all refused him to go back, this is not the same, but i guess it frustrates me as even when people are guilty, but they serve their time for what they did it permanantly damages them. My rant may not make sense, it doesn't to me. But situations like this piss me off. Sure, these people DO deserve to be punished for what they have done, but my point is, if they have not done it they will be punished anyway.
Nobody reply to this as I will not argue over it, it is my opinion and cannot be changed
Edit : Everyone's opinion is their own, just as I ask you to not question my opinion, I shall question none of yours
