I love reading! I always enjoyed English Literature in school and I am currently doing it for my A-Levels right now, so I read quite a lot during my spare time at home and whenever I have free time in College. Just finished reading Wuthering Heights and The Great Gatsby for class and currently reading 1984 at home whenever I have the chance to or when i can be bothered to.

How did you like gatsby?Eh, I thought The Great Gatsby was alright but I personally didn't find it very engaging to me compare to the other book we are studying in class right now, it was rather slow and boring to get into and wasn't something i was originally keen on reading. I didn't really care much for any of the characters and their egotistical personas apart from Nick, who I feel like was the one character you could really care much for. it's one of them books where when you first read it you find it "meh" but once you re-read it and analyse the whole book and themes, you appreciate the fantastic book Fitzgerald made and gain a better understanding on the dark and strict side of the "glorious jazz age".
A book hmmmI am an avid reader but these days save myself the stress ans anxiety of going into the city and download books onto an e reader. I will read everything and just about anything with the exception of erotica. Most of my reading is done when i have large gaps in my work roster and i go down to one of our local beaches, listen to the waves and read to my hearts content. The odd time that books come on special in our bookstores the purchase must have multiple readers in mind for example usually books for my granddaughter to read and share. I also love the smell of a new book with its fresh ink smell (yep i am totally and completely strange).
