alt acc opinion
« on: July 18, 2020, 21:16:12 »
I not here to put my opinion on no one. This is just the way I feel .  Lately they  been a trend of players that make alt accs or use a existing acc to fund their other acc. They also used to gain more xp per hour. example in this video the player  use to gain more xp per hour in melee  by useing alt accs

people have use alts in many other skills . personlly i think this devalue people achievements and should be against the rules.  Creating Max acc in a short amount of time. Their no need for  for what i considered cheating . jagex already made this game so easy. They already puting out to many bxp weeks or weekend . let me know what you think.

I think you should make an ironman account if you want achievements to be acknowledged. I personally don't care if people use alts or not. I actually don't even care if someone bots. MTX and power creep over the years have made pretty much all achievements insignificant to me. Maybe I have just played the game for too long and become cynical

Same.  If it's not something that directly affects me and my account, I just don't care.

I never minded bots they kept minigames like soul wars active and kept prices down that would’ve been stupidly high

I've no issues with people making alts. Not something i'd do personally, requires too much effort to me and i'm more of a lazy scaper these days lol. He got 300k attack xp in an hour, it's not really game breaking  XD

Personally i couldn't care less either, i've seen too many people do it over the years and for me they are just taking the grind out of an easy game and making it even easier.... Runescape is only ever as difficult as you make it out to be and if you want to make it as easy as possible then sure do what you want but for me persoanlly there's no fun in that at all.

I honestly feel like an alt requires a bit of up front effort to achieve its desired purpose anyways so its really a tradeoff in my eyes and considering spin to win I cant really complain about its ability to bypass a few thresholds.

If it's for making money for main sure, I dont have the energy to play multiple accounts. I'm usually playing another game while playing rs not the other way round.

If it's for like anything besides a moneymaker alt i'm not a fan of it but too exhausting for me to play more then one, have tried 2 before its doable but I afk on mobile alot and don't have the energy to build up a second account for moneymaking.

As someone who doesn't own an alt account, I don't really care what people do with their alt accounts as it won't affect me in any way. If anything, I applaud those who have multiple accounts and still play them all equally (as long as they're following Jagex's rules, of course) because I know if I was to make an alt tomorrow, I'd either lose interest from starting from scratch again, or I'd just stop playing my main altogether - there's no in-between XD

I do plan on making an alt when I fully complete my main account, just because I want to re-do all the quests to re-learn the lore again. From having 6+ years away from the game, I have forgotten a lot of the lore behind RuneScape.
