Hey guys,

As we know this week Runespan came out. Everyone has different opinions about it. And yes it's afk. But now my question is:
If someone posts or levels up a Runecrafting level, please don't respond it like: Grats on another afk level, or Grats on easylevel.
This just has several reasons.
- It always starts a big discussion about 'easyscape' in cc, which I've already seen a thousand times.
- People WHO level up might feel like dissapointed.

People still work for their levels. We accept it.

Now don't start a big discussion about Runespan here, just please, watch this, cause it's a bit pissing me off at the moment.

Yeah, I already get the point some people dislike it, doesn't mean they have to CONTINUOUSLY say it every time someone levels up.

agreed a level is still a level
and we still have to do something for it (unless its buying spins, then meh...)
please gratz people who level even if you disagree with any method

ik i for one have felt a bit miffed when someone was rude to me on my 94 rc in another clan, just because i have been at runespan.

i agree if someone puts it like that. it can be rude
and i will never condone rudeness in first place
but two wrongs never make a right. im glad u will stop mike <3 <--this is the kind of attitude people in cts SHOULD still have
we are a "family" albeit slightly dysfunctional and odd ;)
but what matters more... the person who is a friend and clan mate levelling, and having some kind of success, or some personal grudge against a method

i for one feel, if you put a method/personal grudge against someone who has done no wrong to anyone, thats not any way of being like a family.

maybe it's not runecrafting but someone has put some form of effort into gaining levels so gratitude is out of respect more than anything..... so it should be given to all people using all methods

Then I still think you don't have the right to not be happy for the people who do gain a level. Everyone deserves respect for a level. No matter what method or what skill.

Ardo what is and isn't runecrafting in no way is decided by you. Jagex makes the game do they not? They released a new runecrafting method. RUNECRAFTING.  It is different than conventional runecrafting methods, yes, but nonetheless it is still runecrafting. How could it not be? The creators of the game say it is, the only exp you can gain from it is runecrafting. Just cause its not how it always was doesn't mean that every evolution of the skill is not really training the skill anymore. Would you say the way you got 99, opening your teddy bears, is any more runecrafting than runespan?

Genuine +1!!! Exactly effigieswere even less of a rc method yet they gained exp

Runespan is an activity(minigame), where you gain runecrafting experience but it does not mean it's runecrafting.
Effigies give runecrafting xp, yet again it is not runecrafting.
Xp gain in runecrafting does not mean it's actually runecrafting. It applies to every skill.

But Ardo what makes running to an altarn and clicking it any more a legitimate runecrafting method?
