Spaces in the clan chat are at a premium and we reach full capacity on a fairly regular basis. It is often difficult to decide which accounts should be kicked and which should be saved, leading to panic when trying to free up clan spaces.
Whilst those with large xp gains contribute a lot to the clan rank, we would prefer to have a solid foundation of members that actively contribute to the clan, rather than hundreds of inactive accounts with reserved spots simply because they have lots of clan xp.
With that, it has been decided to introduce a set of loose criteria so that the decision to kick members can be simplified. This will also serve as a warning in that if you fail to gain a reasonable amount of xp you may find your account removed from the clan. The same rules will apply to alts and it is your responsibility to ensure you are gaining on these extra accounts.
The following policy is effective immediately.
- The clan chat will be checked and kicks performed on a monthly basis
- Those who have not gained any xp in the last 6 months will be the first to be kicked, sorted by clan xp
- The accounts with months of inactivity descending from 6 will be the next to be kicked, - 5 months, 4 months, 3 months
- Finally, those who have under 25m clan xp and have been inactive for at least 2 months
Please note the kicking will not be done in a systematic manner, i.e. we will only free up the number of spaces it is perceived we will need for the next month.
Do not be alarmed however! If you find yourself needing to take some time away from the game, please contact a member of staff and we will ensure your account remains in the clan.

This specific policy is mainly to deal with the successive short term influx of low xp accounts and those that quit the game quickly, rather than a hard and fast rule.
