So I recently started doing Nex and I want to get better at it(faster kill times, less deaths, hopefully no yak runs, that sort of thing.) I'm averaging 4:00-4:20 min kills right now. Mainly I want to learn how to do ice phase better/faster so that I can consistently only have to deal with 1 prison. I'm open to changing whatever gear except for my pernix top+bottom (as they're level 19 already), as long as it's not expensive as hell to maintain.

I don't use shadow tendrils(scared of the damage to myself) and idk if it would help, especially to get ice phase over with faster. (I use snap shot, bombardment, rapid fire as soon as she phases.)

I have access to supreme sharpshooter, mahjarrat and reckless auras- which should I be using or are all 3 of them decent?

An upgrade from pernix would be to use sirenic which can be a little expensive but it does last for a long time. For the auras I'd definitely use Reckless as it gives the biggest boost for the auras (same goes for maniacal and berserker). You'll take a little bit more damage but the increase in dps is definitely worth it. Key thing with Nex is practice practice practice and finding the rotation that works for you. 

@arsun may me able to help in terms of learning a dps rotation/improvements as he does a teaching sort of class/event.
