once u have the ability to kill  lvl 95 Deadly red spider without getting killed start attacking them with any combat skill u wish. lvl 95 Deadly red spider give 530xp .hellhound only give 481xp.
go to Port Sarim . catch a boat to Karamja  island  then go to the volcano and go to the location on the map above.
