1.0 - Introduction & Information
Frost dragons can be found in the Asgarnian Ice Dungeon resource dungeon. Which is located south of Port Sarim towards Mudskipper Point.

It is important to pay attention whilst killing Frost Dragons, as sometimes a blue orb can appear which will reflect up to 80% of all damage dealt back to you. it is suggested that when you see the blue orb appear, or a reflect damage upon yourself, that you stop attacking and give it 3-5 seconds to vanish. Once it has vanished you may continue killing the Frost Dragon.

Frost Dragons can attack with Dragonfire, so it's suggested to take antifire potions or an Anti-dragon shield.

It is also highly advisable to bring along a War Tortoise (67 Summoning) or a Pack Yak (96 Summoning) to store Frost Dragons bones in these Beasts of Burdens. Alternatively you may use Magic Notepaper in order to note the bones.

1.1 - Requirements & Suggestions

1.2 - Combat Methods
Frost Dragons are weak to stab weapons, which makes using chaotic or drygore rapiers a popular weapon. However, other melee weapons like Godswords may provide a good alternative as long as you have access to antifires.

Item (most effective → least effective)

• Helmet: Bandos Helmet  →  Barrows Helmet  →  Dragon Helmet  →  Rune Helmet
• Top: Bandos Chestplate  →  Barrows Platebody  →  Dragon Chainbody/Platebody  →  Rune Platebody
• Bottoms: Bandos Tassets  →  Barrows bottom  →  Dragon Platelegs  →  Rune Platelegs
• Gloves: Bandos Gloves  →  Culinaromancer's Gloves  →  Rock Shell Gloves
• Boots: Bandos Boots  →  Dragon Boots  →  Rock Shell Boots
• Amulet: Brawler's Knockout Necklace  →  Saradomin's Whisper  →  Amulet of Fury
• Cape: Reefwalker's Cape  →  Skillcape  →  Obsidian Cape
• 2H Weapon: Chaotic Maul/Spear  →  Godswords  →  Barrows Weaponry  →  Dragon 2H
• X2 Weapon: Chaotic Rapiers/Longswords  →  Abyssal Whip  →  Dragon Scimitar / Longsword.
• Aura Vampyrisim  →  Brawler  →  Aegis
• Ring: Sixth-age circuit  →  Explorer's Ring  →  Ring of Wealth

1.3 - Inventory & Familiar
Since Frost Dragons are fairly easy, you're really not going to need a lot of potions of food - Save as much space as possible so you can pick up the Frost Dragon Bones.

Something similar to this inventory layout is really all you need -- Although you may require more food the lower your stats.

As for a familiar, I highly suggest taking a War Tortoise (67 Summoning) or a Pack Yak (96 Summoning) to store the Frost Dragon Bones to increase your profit per hour.

1.4 - Abilities & Invention

For a 2H Melee set up, you should use something similar to this ability bar:

For a Dual Wield Melee set up, you should use something similar to this ability bar:
