A 'Fixed' screen sort of layout. Dragged the window so all the chat boxes / inv don't have any sort of screen in it.
It's honestly as close as you can get to fixed besides the combat tab. You could pull it where the inv is but that just means more clicking to get to the tab.

Abilitys in the bottem left corner, Chat under,Ability bar abov chat, Backpack/gear slot/prayer Right side corner, abov is stat/cc/fl , abov is map.

So I've changed [1 - 2 - 3 - ... ] in the action bar with letters right under it in the keyboard

and made 1 instead of F1 for inv / 2 instead of F2 for worn equipment / 3 instead of F3 ....
