Clans haven't received much attention from developers until recently and there seems to be some work in progress:

• Citadel cap tracking (web based). Source
• White list (this means that when the CC is closed from guests, any guest added to the white list will be able to enter). Source
• Avatar recalling (I presume this means we will also be able to recall avatars that are logged). Source
• 7 days probation time removed. Source

Really happy to see these updates being worked on. Citadels and clans haven't received much love in a while, and these are very beneficial. I wish they were also working on the ability to see who has an avatar out, what world it's on and where it is somewhere central - in clan settings, in citadel on the board, etc.. Maybe one day

These sound good, I'd like to see more work being done for clans in the future though and hopefully receive an update to the citadel
