In the spreadsheet there are minutes listed for each completed task. Is that his personal time or a calculated average time it takes to get it?

Is true trim every single thing you can unlock or is it just arbitrarily decided by a player?

From my understanding it is average time it takes to get it

and yeah it is decided by players and you don't actually get anything from it
