Actually most mods just know the game on the inside, there's a lot of stuff in live game they don't even know how it works

I find it funny, employ people from bottting websites, and don't except them do something like this?

Just think of all the bugs he could have implemented which Jagex have not yet found. Considering the Oldschool team isn't the largest team then it would of been easier for him
