God Wars Dungeon II - InformationAll content below is Work In Progress, which means it can change..General Information• Boss kills will be a regular completionist cape requirements.
• Faction Reputation will be a trimmed completionist requirement.
• We won't call it God Wars Dungeon 2, it will be called The Heart of Gielinor.
• Banners and update names will stick with God Wars Dungeon 2 to help identify it.
Requirements• There are no current requirements to enter the dungeon.
• We are still considering to include requirements for the bosses.
• Any requirements will be around level 80, and probably combat.
Preparation Event• Treasure Hunter event similar to the Sword of Ralladin.
• Focused on opening up the Heart and accessing it.
• You will be building statues.
Content• There will be no skilling content.
• Node-Capturing.
• Faction fighting.
• Faction bosses.
• Rewards are mostly obtainable via Reputation.
• The Boss only rewards will be trade-able.
Protection• Shard of Zaros doesn't provide any protection, it does nothing.
• Protection works in a different way, so equipping specific items won't do anything.
• It wouldn't allow the war-zone to feel more alive if you couldn't be attacked.
• There's not an equal amount of equip-able parts between each faction to justify it.
Kill-Count•
Kill-Count • The numbers at the bottom indicates a multiplier that increases based on how fast you kill enemies.
• The multiplier has a cap of 3.
• Boss Rooms require 40 kill-count.
• You can store kill count that will persist even when you leave the dungeon.
• Reputations will give you unlocks that will make it more convenient.
Reputation• It's not super long but the bonuses you can get are useful for combat and toy-items.
• To max out all the factions will take some time.
• Reputation for each individual faction.
• Earning Reputation:
• Daily activities from a faction your support.
• Turning in an item dropped from bosses.
• Participating in the war zone and influencing it in a side's favor.
• Reputation Rewards:
• Cosmetic: Weapon overrides, toys
• Benefits: Invention perks, etc.
Concept Art•
Album• Helwyr is a Stag-Wolf-Bear.
• Vindicta is a Dragon-Rider who rides Gorvek.
• Vindicta has been raised by dragons and has grown bigger and become more vicious.
• Avaryss and Nymora are the Twin Furies who work together and look cool.
Lore/Story• There is a huge Anima Resource/Pool that's being fed somewhere else.
• Not revealing where it's being fed to.
• It will be involved in other story lines.
• Even if their gods die, the generals will still fight within the Dungeon.
Choosing Factions• The Godless weren't included because they don't have enough of a reason, and it would take too much time to give them one.
• Tuska's faction wasn't included because Mazcab was created, and there's already content planned relating to it in the future.
• The chosen factions are all children of Mah who have history between them interlinking them.
• We gathered feedback from Twitter polls while deciding.
Other• No plans for titles associated with hiscores.
• There will be new music tracks.
• No plans for open pvp, however we toyed with the idea.
• God Wars Dungeon 1 will not have any additional changes/updates.
• Zarosian NPCs have the old Torva model because they are the same NPCs as the current GWD.
• We may try to update their models to have the newer Torva model.
• There are no anti-farm mechanics.
• Bosses will have kill-counts.
• There will be 6 boss pets.

The Environment/Layout•
World Map • It's not working properly, and only shows ramps/boss rooms.
• Nodes will be scattered around for factions to take control of, and fight over.
• NPCs will spawn out of a portal near each boss room.
• The 4 boss rooms are located in the corners.
• Seren is in the bottom right.
• Sliske is in the top right.
• Zamorak is in the top left.
• Zaros is in the bottom left.
• The closer you are to a boss room, the more their environment appears in the surrounding area.
• Seren's environment focuses around nature/crystals.
• Sliske environment has a gloomy element.
• Zamorak environment focuses around lava.
• Zaros environment has purple energy elements.
Nodes• Faction NPCs will be roaming the battle field in groups attempting to take control of nodes.

Node Banners • When a faction's NPCs take control of a nodes, their faction's banner will appear over it.
• A faction has to remain out-of-combat for ~10 seconds to capture a node.

Faction Fights • Other factions will attempt to take control of the nodes creating mini-battles.
•
Faction Movements • When a faction successfully captures a Node they will move as a group to capture another.
• To earn reputation you can summon in lieutenants or big creatures that fight for the faction you summon them in for.

Summoning blokes and
large dude • They will contribute to your kill count.
