The most ideal choice in my opinion would be to just make it against the rules. That gets rid of the scams, the annoyance from the 'hosts', and the "billionaire overnight" unfair type of play. It's possible to have high risk high reward game play that actually makes sense and fits into the game - however gambling does not.Ultimately if gambling is to stay via an NPC system, I would opt that it has to be 2 players competing against each other. I don't want to see players place bets against an NPC and have billions of GP spawned out of thin air. It would be nice to see just a 50/50 system between 2 players with an NPC as the 'middle-man'. The winner would get say, 90% of the winnings and the rest goes to the NPC to help with inflation in the economy, and perhaps to deter players from using that as a method to make money. It's really disappointing when players who skill and fight monsters can't make more than someone who does nothing more than plant flowers and spam the chat at the GE.Please just make it against the rules.
Change the content itself to remove the “random chance” element of things like flowers, classic capes, seal emotes, egg emotes etc. This would mean that players couldn’t use those sorts of items to play these games with
Here is a post from "Sen" I think I have the same opinion as her.QuoteThe most ideal choice in my opinion would be to just make it against the rules.
