The Complete Free2Play Skiller Highscore's List
Free2Play Skiller HighScores list requirements:

-Must be 100% Free2Play, Never had membership for any reason.
-Must be level 3 combat, No matter the case, if you level combat you will be removed. A level 3 skiller devotes their entire Runescape career to skilling at the lowest possible combat level. I'de hate to do this, but if anything happens where you are no longer level 3, I will have to remove you. If you have combat stats, yet still level 3, those skills will be subtracted from your total level.
-Post on this thread. If you we're on a previous F2P Highscores list, I may or may not have you added. Simply post here to update or add your name to the list.

No where do i see that people that are banned from this clan cant be added to this list. Your decision should be base on each individual case.  There are many reason why people are banned from clans cause of non- justifiably reasons

If someone is on the clan's ignore, there is a good reason for it. We wouldn't want people that we have reason against allowing in our clan to be allowed on our list would we?

He's on the Banlist for trolling a bit in the cc with Dec, nothing too severe tbh.

Thanks for pointing that out.. obviously it hasn't been updated since the EOC came out (below).

Also the two that used to maintain the list are now very inactive. If you could point out the names of those above 4 combat that would be much appreciated.

I would just like to point out there a loads of level 5s on the p2p Level 4 Highscores. It would only make sense if you remove those as well if your going to remove the ones from the  Free2Play Skiller Highscore's list.   This list does not even update that often/ at all so why does it matter any way?

The ones who have proof with a picture I went through.

Unless they were reset recently, they're higher than level 4 in EoC

Everyone else has no proof, or they're level 4.

I do wish this list was updated more, but their are few f2p skillers, let alone f2p players who visit the site.
