you only gain agility xp nothing more, no combat xp at all , hope this helps you :)

It's really really easy , you can do nothing with the board i got it maxed,, with the optional painting thing.. but you can only wear it in lumby crater
it's pretty good agil xp tho and funnier than agil courses

If you don't want agi xp i would say don't do it as it's xp waste

It is soooooo boring in my opinion the time required to unlock the skinned boards is like triple of what the old Christmas events used to require for all the rewards.
