3 str cb 4, not sure since didn't test but I think 3 att/def is cb 4 as well.

Indeed, attack is valued equally to strength. 3 def, assuming all other cb stats are untouched, is lvl 3 according to my calculator (4 def lvls combat up)

Which is exactly what I mean about the name changer being a problem. There was 6 people on the Smithing list who was the same person with 4 different names changed multiple times.

I won't bother doing full update most likely until after resets, if that ever happens. But the current top 10 level 3's right now:
