The 2020 Presidential elections are quickly approaching...So let us pretend for a minute that you could elect a player in Runescape to become the President of Runescape.

You announce your bid to become President of RuneScape, 2020, what are your top five policies? Maybe we could vote on who should become President after hearing your policies?

• I would elimate duplicated drops from all boss collection logs until the log is completed
• Construction rework
• Make combat skills 120
• Remove the cesspit that is the Duel Arena
• Make Farming and Agility F2P

1. All revenue the game accrues goes right back into runescape and osrs (screw all side projects and dividends)
2. 200m XP cap will be removed (200m capes with improved perks will be introduced to recognize people's efforts of the previous end-game)
3. I would try to revamp the game tick system to enable more immersive content (no more waiting at least 0.6 seconds. Perhaps this could be an optional toggle in solo content to allow more forgiving game-play for people with high latency)
4. Construction rework, this would tie into my next content
5. New elite skill, terraforming, based on construction, mining and farming. It would be a sandbox type concept (think minecraft). The object of the skill would be to use your creativity to overcome eco challenges (example, if you're in a desert climate, you might have to engineer an impressive aqueduct or come up with some other solution to bring water there). It would be played on a shard world and would have an invitation system, so can be done solo, with friends or the clan. It would introduce the concept of "skill bosses"

This is actually a fun exercise

1. Convert ints to longs (programming). By doing so, you effectively increase all caps (200mil cap, 2.1 bil cap, etc) which would almost mimic infinity. 9,223,372,036,854,775,808 would be the new max which I'm sure that nobody can achieve in XP or GP.
2. Lift level caps (99 and 120). I wouldn't put a cap unless you reach what I believe to be an unachievable number above. Leveling algorithm will remain the same. Virtual levels will become real levels.
2. Get rid of RWT rule or microtransactions. I believe Jagex is a hypocrite for this. It used to be no RWT at all. Now it's no RWT unless it is with us.
3. I will severely punish those that are racist/discriminatory/toxic. Not a 72 hour mute but something like a one month ban. That kind of nonsense will have no place in my land of Gielinor.
4. I will ban any botters. No second chances. If you get caught, you get banned. Period. I don't care if you are a 15 year member who spent a lot of money in microtransactions. Bot at your own risk.
5. I will make Rune metrics completely free to use.
