There is Currently a bug with this promotion.

Fallen stars are meant to give Bonus exp (in replacement of Pendants) However; You must use them While training the specific skill or no exp will be awarded

To add to this

Do not use more then one at a time, There is a bug, After you use the first Star, you will recieve 0 Bonus Experience, Jagex is looking in to this matter

One way to fix this. Use a star chop a normal log from a tree (easy example) use a different star and rpt. I had a few clanmates doing this

Sadly it doesnt just work like that, i tried. Divination for example i harvested a memory then clicked claim, rpt. As a result first one worked rest didn't.

This is about Divination stars in particular, however i don't know about other skills

This seems to have been fixed!
