Occasionally when logging out, the hiscores won't update with your recent gains. Does anyone know the cause of this?

Its been happening over last month or 2 for me its very annoying.... Unsure of the cause though

I guess we can all just speculate about it, perhaps some db trigger not working or some event listener? Who knows how jagex has that implemented |:

For me X-ing out of the RS Client causes it, and xp won't update - just clicking log out seems to update properly.

Doesn't update? Login, logout to lobby then logout, or Login logout directly, works for me when this happens.

I do not even check my own highscores. I wanted so badly to be back on highscores and now i do not care.

the highscores get updated by 'logging in' , so you have to log in to update ur xp gains from an hour for example. logging from the actual game to lobby is seen as 'login' so if you do like just log out to lobby then close game, the highscores should be updated GL or ofc just log out and type ur name,pass and log completely back in to lobby or game works too ;P
