I don't see how getting a 200m stat in 3 weeks is much of a challenge to anyone.I don't know where you got your math for that but that is no where near correct or possible. To heist all your bxp for thieve and then get 200m would take 650 hours. I didn't know that one could play for 30 hours a day for 3 weeks straight.I don't consider getting the Bonus xp actually training the skill. Just as a quick example Scuzzy5 did this the past month:

Do you consider doing ba, training mining, firemaking, and agility?
I do consider it training the skill because you are putting in time for bonus so that you can spend less time training the actual skill.
End of the day people are always going to do anything to enhance and make their game play easier, because they can.
I don't see a problem with multi logging. For example if I am doing Fishing an afk skill why can't I be allowed to play on another acount at the same time doing quests or pve. And if you make the money why wouldn't you be able to transfer it from 1 acount to the other.

Never go on my F2P cos I rather be working on Khel but it would be so different if I could do both simultaneously
