For all you know this are just bullshit reviews by random people, the guy got no proof he just heard about the site and searched up RS, even so, it's still a company and maybe some of the people that posted there got fired for slacking.

Nonetheless a good listen and I'm not gonna start hating jagex just cause of some reviews.
