Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with Jagex. It's players voting(cheating).

IIRC, there was an outcry, that the vote only resembled RS3 and not OSRS, so OSRS players were very salty and voted for Eve online, instead of Runescape. One user also posted that he was going to run a bot to rig the votes. Thus leading to Runescape and Eve getting disqualified :(

Some OSRS players never cease to amaze with their irrational hate and immaturity. Why can't they just understand it's for everyone's benefit if both games are doing fine...
