If Rs were to die in the nearer future (next couple of years) I would become a Minecraft whore. I build a new part of my town whenever I am on and dont stop till it is done. Its is my fallback game when rs does something to annoy me.

I do not believe that rs will die any time soon though, now they are advertising again more and more new people are joining the game. As for the clan... I hope that I would stay in touch with people and play other games etc with them. Perhaps change this forum from being rs specific into a gaming hub for all this cts family?

If Runescape was so good then where did all my friends who played it go? I will tell you they did not stick around. Jagex did way too many updates during the 07-09 years. My best time was before 09, but I did much enjoy the game then because it was not as complex as they have made it today. I don't want to go play 07 just to get a decent experience out of Runescape. I don't want to deal with 20 interfaces and high end graphics that just make the game completely different then what I have seen ever before. Some people.. well many love these new graphics but in my case, being a player who started in 04, and played the most in 09 and 10 finally got unhooked from rs and disgusted from the graphics changes and interfaces they added.

These forums are the only part of Runescape I even see.

Everyone has different tastes, I'm a dedicated player intent on gaining ranks and xp, maybe even a trimmed completionist cape. The only time I would quit this game is if there are absolutely no players, or if I get 5.4B xp first and no-one can beat me
